Schloemer Law Firm, S.C. was founded by Atty. Clyde J. Schloemer in 1933 and has provided continuous legal counsel to individuals, families and businesses since that time. Clyde J. Schloemer believed in a “client centered” approach to the law and built the firm on the principle of providing clients with expert legal counsel in a timely manner at a fair fee.

Following the principles of its founder, the Schloemer Law Firm has grown into a full service law firm specializing in the areas of business law, commercial transactions, contracts, estate planning, family law, real estate, tax law, and civil litigation. The firm continues to focus on the needs of our clients, earning their trust by providing practical advice and expert counsel.

Throughout the firm’s history, our attorneys have dedicated themselves to the highest standards of the legal profession. The firm’s attorneys are members of local, state, and national legal bar associations, and continue the tradition of legal excellence, earning the respect and admiration of their peers in the legal community. The firm is proud to have had four former partners ascend to the Washington County Court as Circuit Court Judges.
