The Threshold Incorporated is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization that provides programs and services to children and adults with cognitive and physical disabilities, traumatic brain injury, Alzheimer's, dementia and developmental delays in Washington County, WI and surrounding areas. We offer programming options for people of all ages, from Birth through Retirement.
